Azer MAGARRAMOV: Rostislav Pevtsov strengthens its position in the fight for the Olympic license
Summer season becomes quite saturated on the Azerbaijan team of triathlon. Competitions follow each other, and athletes are fighting not only for the prize, but also the ranking points for the right to get to the Olympics in Rio.
In the past weekend Kseniya Levkovskaya took sixteenth place at the World Cup in Tartu and Rostyslav Pevtsov became the nineteenth on the World Series tournament in Hamburg. Executive Director of the Azerbaijan Triathlon Federation (ATF) Azer Magarramov shared his impressions from the launch in Germany in an interview with the press-service of ATF.
- Our leading triathlete Rostislav Pevtsov after a speech in Hamburg has strengthened its position in the world ranking. In the classification of the World Series, where they played the best of the best, he climbed the three steps and it is currently the thirty first place. Also, Rostyslav scores points as are necessary in the fight to win the license for the Olympic Games. Athlete moves in the forward direction, adds, and in front of him waiting for new stages of the World Series, - said Magarramov.
